Security & verification
Strict approval process
Care workers must complete our rigorous onboarding process and verification process before they can offer support with us.
Police checks
A verification of current Police Check from trusted source/s is required prior to commencement.
Reference checks
Personal and/or professional reference checks are completed to check background experience and knowledge.
Working with Children Check
Any care provider who is providing or will provide care to children, a current WWCC is required.
ABN
A check of a current ABN (Australian Business Number) means that the support provider is currently registered.
